Free Energy Assessment Process:
1) Survey:
A survey date is arranged that is convenient to the customer and a courtesy text message is also sent on the day of the survey booking as a reminder.
2) Run Through Options:
On arrival we sit down with the customer and explain the full benefits of energy saving measures and run through what we are able to offer via the schemes.
3) Customer Check:
We identify all measures and check they are suitable for you the customer.
4) Energy Assessment:
We then carry out a full energy assessment and take photos of all the measures to be carried out.
5) Install Dates:
The assessment is then finished and we discuss potential install dates.
6) Customer Service:
A courtesy letter is then sent out after confirming the install and you can then sit back in the knowledge your energy saving measures are all booked.
